Thankful.

Othman and I held a little Thanksgiving dinner party last weekend, and had a lovely time. It was nice to have friends over and celebrate the holiday the right way! And no frozen turkey for us—Othman got a live one from a farm that morning before taking it to be butchered and cleaned. Talk about some tender meat! Good food, good conversation and good friends made for an evening well spent. 

Two friends from British Council even brought us two lovely gifts, crediting Facebook for their finds. ;D Their thoughtfulness was really touching. Thanks much to both of you!
